Inner Space

The curvature of inner space guides the eye to the world above.

Photo taken in stairwell inside the Fly Eye Dome in Miami - Architect (and systems theorist, author, designer, and inventor) Richard Buckminster Fuller designed and patented Fly s Eye Dome back in 1965. He envisioned the geodesic dome as a prototype for low-cost portable housing of the future. Tops of some palm trees in the middle right were removed and some clouds from one of my photographs was composited into the scene to make it less busy.
